Publisher Policies & Guidelines

At GNR Publication, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity, transparency, and global accessibility. This page outlines our core policies, serving as a comprehensive guide for authors, editors, and reviewers. By adhering to these guidelines, we ensure that every piece of research we publish contributes meaningfully and ethically to the global academic record.

  1. Author Instructions

We require all authors to prepare their manuscripts with care and precision. Submissions must be original, unpublished work not under consideration elsewhere.

  • Formatting: Manuscripts should be submitted in a standard, editable format (Word document preferred) with clear headings, properly formatted citations, and high-resolution figures.
  • Language: Submissions must be written in clear, concise English.
  • Structure: Standard research articles should include an Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
  • Plagiarism: All manuscripts undergo strict plagiarism screening before peer review. Submissions exceeding our acceptable similarity index threshold will be immediately rejected.
  1. Peer Review & Editorial Policy

GNR Publication strictly adheres to a double-blind peer-review process. This means both the reviewer’s and author’s identities are concealed from each other throughout the review, eliminating bias and ensuring objective evaluation.

  • Upon submission, the Chief Editor conducts an initial desk review for scope and basic quality.
  • Eligible manuscripts are sent to at least two independent expert reviewers.
  • Based on reviewer feedback, the editorial board makes a final decision: Accept, Minor Revisions, Major Revisions, or Reject.
  • Our editorial team maintains complete independence; decisions are based solely on academic merit, validity, and relevance.
  1. Ethics & Integrity Policy

Body Content:

We are dedicated to upholding rigorous ethical standards in publishing. We expect our authors, reviewers, and editors to act with integrity.

  • Authorship: All listed authors must have made a significant contribution to the research. Ghost, guest, or gift authorship is strictly prohibited.
  • Conflicts of Interest: Authors must declare any financial, personal, or professional relationships that could be perceived as a conflict of interest.
  • Misconduct: In cases of suspected misconduct (data fabrication, falsification, plagiarism), GNR Publication will investigate thoroughly. If misconduct is confirmed, we reserve the right to retract the article and notify the authors’ institutions.
  1. Article Processing Charges (APCs) & Waiver Policy

To maintain our Open Access infrastructure, peer-review management, DOI assignment, and secure archiving, GNR Publication levies an Article Processing Charge (APC) on accepted manuscripts. This fee is only applied after the manuscript has successfully passed peer review and is accepted for publication. There are no submission charges.

  • Waiver Policy: We believe funding constraints should not be a barrier to publishing quality science. We offer APC waivers or significant discounts to authors from low- and middle-income countries, as well as to independent researchers demonstrating financial need. Waiver requests must be submitted during the initial manuscript submission phase.
  1. Copyright & Licensing

GNR Publication does not demand copyright transfers from our authors. Authors retain full copyright and publishing rights to their original work.

  • CC BY 4.0 License: All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This liberal license permits anyone to copy, redistribute, remix, transform, and build upon the material in any medium or format, even commercially, provided appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and source.
  1. Indexing & Archiving

Ensuring the long-term discoverability and preservation of scholarly work is a cornerstone of our mission.

  • DOI Assignment: Every published article is immediately assigned a permanent Digital Object Identifier (DOI) via Zenodo, ensuring it is trackable and highly citable across global databases.
  • Permanent Archiving: To guarantee that the scholarly record is never lost, even in the event of platform failure, GNR Publication securely deposits all published content into the Internet Archive and SSRN.
  1. Open Access (OA) Policy

GNR Publication is a strictly 100% Open Access publisher. We dismantle paywalls to accelerate scientific discovery and collaboration.

  • All published articles are immediately, permanently, and freely accessible online without any subscription barriers or registration requirements.
  • Readers worldwide can freely download, print, read, and share the full texts of our articles, maximizing the global visibility and impact of our authors’ research.
